RESERVATION POLICY
A credit card and billing address with phone number are required for reservations.
Please note in case of cancellation we request notice at least one month prior arrival, otherwise 50% of the stay will be charged.
For cancellation within ten days prior arrival, the entire stay will be charged.
No refund is provided for early departures.

Check-in: 2:00 p.m till 7:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
RATES
Rates include breakfast, daily housekeeping, wifi and free parking.
Taxes, except for local tax paid at check-out, are included in the rates.
Service charges, gratuities and incidental charges are not included.
Tourist tax: € 0,70 per person per day.

From Rome
Motorway A1 direction Florence exit: Chiusi -Chianciano Terme. S.S. 146 to Pienza. Sign on the left 5 km after Montepulciano.
From Siena
S.S. 2 ” Cassia” exit: San Quirico d’Orcia. S.S. 146 to Montepulciano. Sign on the right 7 km after Pienza.
